How to Boost Your Confidence Daily
Confidence Comes From Within
Stop allowing your doubt to create a lack of action.
A lack of confidence can undermine your leadership and crush your results. When you don’t believe in yourself, why should anyone else?

I. True confidence comes from within. It’s found in reality and repetition.
What it means:
72% of people are more likely to trust someone who displays genuine confidence. Confidence is the belief in oneself and one ability to succeed. It’s been said that “confidence is the memory of success,” and it’s built through consistent daily repetition.
The old model of confidence focuses on the external; the modern model focuses on the internal. Genuine confidence must come from within.
II. Developing confidence often requires you to act differently than you think or feel.
What it means:
Like all good human traits, developing confidence is often the consistent choice of acting differently than you think or feel. You will have negative thoughts, moments of doubt, or sequences of stagnation.
However, those alone don’t make you a bad or unsure leader. You can have doubts and negative thoughts but still be confident. The key isn’t to feel guilty for the thoughts; it’s to outwork them. Alex Hermosi said it well, “You must outwork your self-doubt.”
You must accept the thought or feeling for what it is, then choose to act differently by outworking the self-doubt.
III. Confidence is the gift that keeps on giving.
What it means:
Confidence supplies so much of what being successful needs, for which everyone must feel that he or she can never possess sufficiently.
Having confidence that comes from within and is steeped in evidence and repetition is the gift that keeps on giving. It’s like an endless supply of propane to heat your grill. Confidence allows you to pursue difficult things, persevere through challenging times, and try again when you fail.
