There are two kinds of problems:
1. Complex Problems - Easy to understand, but you never entirely solve them
2. Complicated Problems - Hard to understand but can be solved with computational horsepower (Aka a lot of effort and testing)
For example:
Love is a complex; a jet engine is complicated.
People are complex; a toaster is complicated.
The biggest problems are technical; they’re human. What is required is leadership.
